Taking Digital to New Heights: Samantha Bell in the Herald Sun

Here at Runway Digital it’s about producing work we’re proud of and having lots of fun while doing so. Last week was filled with finalising our new online products and a laugh-filled 2 hour session with a Herald Sun newspaper photographer (I was approached as an example of the increasing number of women starting technology businesses, such as Runway Digital).

We didn’t seek massive laughs though they came – starting with savvy Sam Hardman from Inspire9 who suggested I sit on Danny Wearne from Peacock Studio to show a fun way of women starting businesses. We all laughed often uncontrollably as we worked new muscles and balanced for the photographer!

Danny – thanks for being a great sport support – literally!

Dave from the Herald Sun went about photographing with the easy backdrop that is Inspire9 and old converted warehouses of Richmond. Later that day, the newspaper copy was updated to enhance the digital focus, encouraging businesses to get online, which is great.

With thanks to Emma Isaacs and Business Chicks for the great connection {come along to their events if you’re going to be in Australia!} and Sam Hardman and Adam Neumann for the photos below.
